Marianne Sierk

Originally from Rochester NY, Marianne moved to NYC after graduating from theSyracuse University Drama Department. She was a regular at Stand-Up NY in Manhattan and produced her own comedy shows anywhere she could – even if it meant a bar in a subway station or a restaurant basement. Her hard work paid off as she was the winner of the Hollywood Imporv Comedy Contest in 2003 and a finalist at the Boston Comedy Festival.

She became a regular on VH1’s “All Access” series and got a spot on Comedy Central’s new series, “Live at Gotham”. She’s been featured on NBC’s “Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen” and will be on the next 7 episodes of VH1’s “I Love the New Millenium”. She also taped the BBC’s “the World Stands Up”, a show featuring international comedians, in London last winter. Now an established professional comedian out of Los Angeles, she continues to tour the country making people laugh at comedy clubs, colleges, cruise ships, and corporate events nationwide.
