Modern Cocktail Society was formed at the turn of the century…..this century that is! Founded by bassist Anthony Marsico, the classic instrumentation of piano, guitar, acoustic bass, and drums add just the right vibe to your speakeasy party, cocktail party, Great Gatsby event, wedding, 1920’s party or corporate affair. For larger events we suggest adding our featured female vocalist- the fabulous Miss Kate Campbell as well as clarinet or trumpet.
Marsico and his band of top notch studio musicians have toured the U.S., Canada, Europe and Japan extensively entertaining audiences with their unique brand of jazz. The Modern Cocktail Society have performed for a long list of celebrity clients such as Clint Eastwood, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger , and big name corporate clients such as Mattel, Honda Motors, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, The Getty Museum and many more.
Band members have appeared on numerous television shows including Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien. Marsico has also penned original songs for countless commercials, motion pictures and television shows including the HBO hit Entourage. From a large extravagant corporate event to a simple beautiful backyard wedding, The Modern Cocktail Society are the perfect compliment to your big day.
